崗位職責:

1. Support all mechanical topics related to induction motor and synchronous motors for electric vehicles.

針對新能源汽車所涉及的三相異步電機和永磁同步電機，支持相關的機械設計。

2. Structure mechanic design of electric motors, calculation and selections of key elements like ball bearing, sealing, screws etc..

電機的機械結構設計，關鍵零部件的設計計算和選型，比如軸承，密封，螺釘等等。

3.Technical documentation and Support on motor manufacturing at production site related to mechanical aspects .

撰寫相關的技術文檔,對生產過程中遇到的問題提供技術支持

4. Support on test execution and check motor test reports.

了解相關電機測試知識，審閱測試報告。

5. Support on quality analysis of customer feedback.

對市場顧客反饋的不良分析進行技術支持.

6. Finish other work assigned by the leader.

完成領導交辦的其他工作.

任職要求:

1. Major in comparable educational background. (Bachelor or above)

相關專業, 本科及以上學歷。

2. Deep experience and capability in mechanical design and development for electric motor, preferred if in automotive area and with electrical machines.

有豐富的電機結構設計經驗，如果有汽車行業或電動汽車行業從業背景更佳。

3. Skilled with mechanical design software such as NX (preferred), Pro/e, etc...

熟練使用超過一項2D/3D工具：NX 更佳。

4. Familiar with motor architecture, manufacturing process and techniques.

熟練電機的構架，生產工藝。

5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

良好的英語聽說讀寫。

6. Good communication and presentation skills.

良好的溝通能力和講演能力。

7. Good team player.

團隊協作能力。
